The following message is going out tonight through the Instant Alert system:
Hello! My name is Rachel Bruemmer, fourth-grade teacher at Murphy elementary. I’m calling with this month’s Mustang motivator. If I could share a piece of advice to help support your child’s success at school, it would be to create a comfortable at home study area. Knowing your child’s study style will help you create a space were he/she can learn. Making sure there’s enough room to work, adequate lighting, and a stockpile of school supplies on hand are some great things to keep in mind. Determining how much background noise your child prefers or needs to concentrate is also extremely important. And of course being available to help with those challenging math problems is a fantastic way to spend quality time with your child! Thank you for your continued support of your child’s education.
