On Friday, October 2nd all students at Cohasset Elementary School practiced school bus safety. Our students loaded the buses at the school and then went to a local church parking lot to practice a variety of school bus safety skills. Some of those skills included:
- How to sit on the bus.
- How to exit from the back of the bus in case of emergency.
- Clearing the bus to a safe distance.
- Identifying the 10′ “Danger Zone”
- How to enter and exit the bus.
